In order to have access to a wide range of courses and to work in different fields, Lucie followed the Programme Grande Ecole at Kedge Business School. Throughout her career, she acquired skills in retails, events, sports, real estate and, today, ecology.
Her sensitivity to this subject has been nourished by documentaries, volunteer missions with Surfrider and, to a large extent, by her practice of freediving, which brings her into direct contact with marine biodiversity.
Eager to take action, she joined Caristeo in 2023 to help the whole team manage the structure. Working with people in action also led her to train as a Climate Fresk Facilitator.
