Biologist by training (between the Engineering School of Purpan and Wageningen University), Margot began her career as a lobbyist for an NGO working for animal protection, human health and environmental protection, across Europe. There she developed a passion for transversality with the aim of provoking virtuous cooperation.
Margot then entered the corporate world as Change Manager at Booking.com. With 12 years of international experience in various sectors and structures, Margot took charge of an ecosystem restoration program at CDC Biodiversité upon her return to France.
Margot joins the Caristeo team with the desire to put her skills and relational expertise at the service of the sustainable transition of organizations.
