Initially graduated from a business school (NEOMA Business School), Mathilde decided, in 2021, to dedicate her professional life to the ecological transition by following the master’s degree in CSR and sustainable development at the Ecole des Mines (Paris Tech).

After 20 years spent in large groups in the consumer goods sector and the pharmaceutical industry, in management and sales and marketing development positions, she became a CSR Consultant, specializing in particular in animation. collective intelligence workshop (Climate Fresco, 2 Tons Workshop, Digital Fresco).

Mathilde also volunteers as a volunteer for these associations where she has been able to deploy these tools to many audiences.

Mathilde supports Caristeo in the management of operations at national and international level. It supports clients in the large-scale deployment of workshops to raise awareness of issues linked to climate change.
