Solenn worked for seven years at Médecins du Monde where she was first an international project coordinator, with significant experience in Africa. She then became a human resources referent at the organization's headquarters. This experience cemented her skills in project management, mainly in emergency contexts. It also taught her the strength of the collective.
After this very meaningful career on a human level, she wanted to reorient herself to act on environmental issues, very preoccupied by the challenges of climate change. At first, she changed her lifestyle to reduce her ecological footprint but she wanted to go further. She then co-founded Mélibée with Agathe Pietrantoni, both being convinced that collective intelligence is a force for ecological and social transition. Solenn then trained as a facilitator of collective intelligence, design-thinking coupled with responsible innovation, she also acquired a solid culture in CSR and sustainable development. She is currently pursuing her training at the Institute of Desirable Futures where she is following a program in foresight and innovations for a desirable future.
